Who can point me in the right direction concerning teamspeak. I really don't want to download the wrong one, and since I'm new at this I was hoping one of the members could fill me in.

While I'm at it, what's with all the jargon for my personal profile? What is an URL, an HTTP and the like? And where do I get a decent avatar for my site? who do I fly with for my practice etc. Too many questions from an old man I know, but hey we all started somewhere.

Yo Graydragon,
a URL is a web address, which also usually begins with http.
For instance, the URL (or address) for this site is http://352g.turma.net

An avatar would be a small picture that represents you. It can be a picture of yourself, or anything you make up, etc. However, it has to be a very small size.
(I believe the exact size is referenced in your profile setup.)
The MSN, ICQ, and the like, are other ways for members (Or anyone you want) to contact you.

Download TS here: http://www.goteamspeak.com/index.php?page=downloads
First item, TeamSpeak 2 Client (RC2). (Executable, called ts2_client_rc2_2032.exe.)

After downloading, double-click the executable, and install. After installation, double click the desktop icon for TS. When TS opens, click on connection, then click connect. In the left window you will see "servers." Right-click on it, then select "add server." and name it. (Should be named Sydbod) After naming it, some options become available on the right side.
Under label, call it Sydbod.
Under server address put: sydbod.hopto.org
Put in your nickname.
Click on "anonamous."
Then click on "connect" down at the bottom. You should be good to go.

You will fly with the 352nd squad, right now, on wednesday nights at 8pm est.
(12pm or 0 hundred hours gmt.) This is the main squad night for the 352nd.
Any other times, are times you can arrange with another member that you can both be available. Post available times here.)
So far, squad nights have consisted of Me, Dumo, Spitty, and Jack. Uriah flew a squad night with us 2 weeks ago, but I have not seen him since.  I think he prefers the LP and would rather do mayhems. Which is cool and not a problem. But squad nights are basically for developing communication and squad tactics. No biggie. We usually devote the first hour, hour to it. Rest of time is spent utilizing these tactics in missions and/or mayhems.
Hope this gives you a heads up.
We would probably have Snoopy and Beav too, but they keep disappearing for some reason, and I'm gonna keep DOGGIN them until they show! B)
(Just kidding!!! I understand time constraints and family, not to mention the scheduling problems of available flying times from different time zones.)

Spitty, Dumo, and myself have managed to get together sometimes on tuesday afternoons at 4-5pm est. I usually manage to fly with all the guys from 453rd and JG51 on the weekends. This past saturday I got on TS at 6am est and flew with
Nads, Knegel, Blue, Hilux, Sydbod, Pobs, and Boggy. Sunday morning I flew with Nads most of the morning. Great time. :D
And everytime I have some free flying time, I always check LP and TS.

Don't hesitate to ask questions. I still remember how overwhelmed I was when I started. I thought people like dBeav were fantastic giants. ( The beav part refers to his rodent like characteristics)
