Hi fellas. I will try to get some of the pics of my weekend posted tonight.
Jack, start taking nore of the IP numbers of the spammers. We may be able to ban  some of them that way. There's also an option of typing in letters/numbers found in an image. That helps to keep the automated junk out. We'll work it out though.

As everyone can see there is a lot of housework to be done at our new base. As soon as Spitty gets all of the rocks painted white it will look a lot better.

This might take a while since most of the rocks out front were confiscated and used as projectiles when the SimHQ Administration took control of the skies.

We put up a valiant effort but with Roller, Jack, and myself we were succumbed by the buracracy - our ponies grounded - our ammo requsitioned off.  We could use a few more pilots in the air on training night so we might be a little more prepared if this happens again.

Once we ran out of bullets the rocks were our only defence.  Especially now that the evil Spamminator and all of his dueche-monkies are now on the bombardment of our new Headquarters.  We might need to put a lock out front to keep the Barbarians at the Gates.

As Forrest Gump would say,

at least you guys stayed cool during the SHQ debacle.

Took him less than 2 minutes after the post to cancel me! LOL!

Then, I had to come back to the temporary 352 barracks, which at the time, was a little fenced in unsecure building just down the road from our old barracks. Spitty was out front throwing rocks at the invaders! So, being his wingy, I stood at his 5 o'clock and started chucking rocks too!
Reminded me of that 70's poster called "The Ultimate act of defiance!" that shows an eagle getting ready to grab a mouse in it's talons, and the mouse stands there giving the eagle the finger!  :lol:

I wanted to give some suggestions to a new mainpage pic. Like I thought maybe this one, to piss-off JG51 and get some more squad battles going:

But I must admit, I always liked the one we had with the blue backing and that blue-nosed 51.

We would love to put everything back just the way it was, unfortunately I was far too shortsighted and did not have a readily available backup of all of the files. Jack has a copy of much of the files from the sight but the image files are not part of it.
I know that I did a backup at some time and put them on a CD but I can't find it. Shame too cause I spent a lot of time trying to tweak that pony image to get it right.
I had talked about redoing the site for a long time but now I wish I had the old one back.
We'll get something worked out though.
