Hello gentlmen...
Thought I'd give you all a little run down on my where-abouts. For the past 2.5 months I have been working in the Panama City area doing work for my company. I was sent there to clean up a huge mess left by the old Executive Chef that was let go in August. Panama City is around 6 hours north of Orlando in Florida right on the Gulf of Mexico. I have been home for 6 days total since being assigned this project.
I am working 7 days a week 12-14 hour days as this store is on the verge of a financial melt down due to the previous Chef's problems. I have re-organized the entire kitchen / had to go through every line of inventory and recipe yields in the computer to cross match all items correctly and make sure all products are coded to the correct areas / cost centers. All items in the restaurant have had to counted and entered into this computer system again. This means all food, plateware, utensils, equipment, papergoods, clothing, etc had to be individually counted and entered into the computer system and cross referenced for pricing / yields / recipe breakdowns - it's a huge mess.
On top of this I have had to put systems in place for quality control / cleanliness / safety / equipment maintenece & repair / while working with the FDA, health department, Fire Marshall on bringing this store back to where it should be.
Needless to say I have been busy. Hope you all are doing well. I see that there has been many changes in OAW. I have D/L'd the new exe 1.28 but really have not flown it exstensively. Looks like it is pretty fun.
I'll drop a line as soon as I get back home for a while and maybe I can get into the air with a couple of you again.
Take care all and S!

S! Gentlemen...
Update on my adventure.
I will be relocating to Panama City Beach Florida on December 2nd of this year. My belongings should arrive sometime around the 5th or 6th. It should take about a week or so of unpacking and settling in there then it will be busines as normal again.
I expect to back on line flying by the second week of December so I will post here and on SimHQ when my computer / DSL is all set up - tested - and ready for action.
That's about it for now.
See you all soon.

Well --
I'm finally almost fully moved in up here in Panama City Beach. Had to chase a few sand scorpions out of the house but no big issues. I do have 1 down side item to report. I am still trying to find DSL up here. My phone company doesn't have it installed up here yet so I am researching my cable company this week. I really do not want to get on-line with dial up. It is horrible.
I will keep you all posted of my situation and progress.
Spitty
PS - I dig the new 1.28 version. Been flyin off line in mission - some are quite challenging now...

I have DSL being installed by my cable company tomorrow afternoon so if all goes well I will be able to fly Saturday night and then after.
I will test when I get home after work tomorrow.
